Visit Padre Billini Square (Plaza Padre Billini), dedicated to the well-known philanthropic and teacher Padre Billini. It was built at the end of the 19th century.

In this plaza, you can see the House of Garay which was built around 1520, the House of Tostado of the 16th century as well and one of the first houses in the Dominican Republic. Also, you can enjoy a deserved break in the restaurantLa Briciola’.

Furthermore, in this famous plaza it is located the shop where the writer Manuel de Jesús Galván wrote the masterpiece of the Dominican literature ‘Enriquillo’.
