You can visit the island in a common way on its plentiful all-inclusive hotels located all along the coast, especially in Punta Cana and Playa Bávaro, specialized in leisure.

You can also live a contemporary artistic experience in Altos de Chavón or a more classical one in the Museo del Arte Taíno Museum, the Sendero Ecológico Padre Nuestro, the Isla Saona or any of the caves that spread all along the territory.

Visit inhabited islands like Catalinita, or protected ones like Saona Island. Dive until Catalina Island, among coral reefs and sunken boats like the Naufragio del Capitán Kidd or those shipwrecks included in the Submarine Museums route.

Participate in the Fiestas Patronales Festivities in the different towns that fill Dominican Republic with happiness and color, and live with its people in villages like Miches, Bayahibe or Las Terrenas.

See the different religious temples spread all along the region, like the Santísima Cruz Basilica, Iglesia de San Pedro Apóstol Church or Altagracia Basilica and learn about Dominican history in museums like the San Pedro de Macorís History Museum, Señorita Elupina Cordero Museum or Altagracia Museum.

Do ecological tourism all along the territory including this part of the island. Explore the Este National Park, Haitises Park and Sierra de Samaná Mountains.
