Travelling with disabilities to the Dominican Republic

In the Dominican Republic the Disability National Council, also known as Conadis, works intensely to fit out the island and its accommodations to the disabled people.

At the time, it counts with some hotels and around 19 beaches with ramps which allow the access by wheelchair. It has been working to prepare plain areas for hosting in the best conditions a sector of the population who also has a right to enjoy the Dominican Republic.
